D — She was indeed a stalker. I did my own poking around and I found out who she was. She made the mistake of leaving one post with her real name and location online, 4 years ago. I found it. I only found it because she used the same story and the same grammar as she did in her own blog. I contacted the police in HER area and they knew who she was as soon as I said who I “suspected” it might be. They asked for all the internet URL’s and all PDF’s of anything she had already deleted, and I sent it to them. They subpeonaed Google with her IP for her Blogger accounts. She posted bestiality and hate crimes. Boston wanted to take over the case, due to the hate crime — she had posted anti-semitic blogs. She posted DIE BITCH numerous times. The police went to her home, confronted her, and she broke down in hysterical tears, saying I was “satan’s daughter” and “hurt her feelings,” so she had to do all she did. She had other people doing it for her s well. She was called a “stalker” by the police, because she constantly went into groups I moderated, looked at my blog, tried to find my personal information, and took photos from my Flickr account. She’d stopped for a few weeks, then posted a blog entry about me again. The police went to her home again and said they were taking her computer. That basically put a stop to her nuttiness with me. Google, BTW, dropped the ball. Boston really wanted to prosecute.

What I mean by something against like a hater of some sort-troll. Maybe she got a kick. Maybe something else. If they are online we don’t know much & Can’t tell why they are doing it except some are sick people. Some do it for kicks others because of reasons false or real. We can’t tell much because we are not right there with them. Real life stalkers. You can tell much more. I had 2 !!!! I thought in my whole life I would never get any. Alot of people do now days. If you think you won’t 90 % chance you might. Just be careful & watch out for signs. If a person walks up & down by your house everyday and looks ! 80 % chance of it might be a creepy stalker ! Online if they throw tempers & have rage just drop everything & stop. Report it. You must have even little proof because with pictures, times & dates, or even video. Can get them in alot more trouble & They’ll have more proof to have them jailed for a while. With words . They only can do little. (Do not make false reports to ;police must have proof. ) Then you’ll go to prison if you make false stuff. Please look up info & Make sure you are 100 % right you got a stalker & Just not a hater or crazy bothering you for a short time.
Stalkers will not take no for an answer.
They refuse to believe that a victim is not interested in them or will not rekindle their relationship and often believe that the victim really does love them, but just doesn’t know it and needs to be pushed into realizing it. As long as they continue pursuing their victim, the stalker can convince themselves they haven’t been completely rejected yet.
Here is some info. Hope this helped ! Report stalking no matter what. People can be creepy & trace you & stuff you have online to find you or even tell you stuff. Stalking is serious. These people are sick. You don’t know because only about 1% tells you what they”ll do or are doing. It’s no fun or a game.

Well I am not gonna sit here all day and night and fight with people. I have a life and time to do things besides trolling and fighting online. I do gotta say this. In some ways I just don’t find this blog very funny. Sorry if you don’t agree. Why make this stalker thing out of a big joke? You are just sick as the stalker who’s bothering you then. Since 1996, Congress has passed several laws that address sexually explicit materials and sexual predation found on the Internet, including:
The Communications Decency Act (CDA): Passed in 1996, the CDA represents Congress’s first attempt to regulate children’s access to sexually explicit material on the Internet. The CDA made it illegal to put “indecent” content on the Internet where kids could find it. However, the Supreme Court unanimously declared the CDA unconstitutional in 1997 in Reno v. ACLU for “broad suppression of speech addressed to adults”; the term “indecent” was found to be too vague.
The Child Online Protection Act (COPA): In 1998 a narrower version of the CDA required commercial Web sites to verify proof of age before giving users access to sexually explicit material considered obscene for minors. COPA was immediately challenged by the ACLU and other civil liberty organizations, and in 1999 a permanent injunction was ordered against its enforcement. On May 13, 2002, in ACLU v. Ashcroft, the Supreme Court directed a lower court to reexamine its ruling that COPA was unconstitutional. On March 7, 2003, the court again found that COPA was unconstitutional. On June 29, 2004 the Supreme Court kept in place the 1999 lower-court ruling against the enforcement of COPA, but ordered the lower court to consider whether recent advancements in filtering technologies could protect children more or less effectively than the criminal sanctions specified in COPA.
The Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA): In 2000, Congress enacted CIPA, which took effect in April 2001, requiring schools and libraries receiving federal technology funds to install pornography-blocking software on their computers. The American Library Association filed suit alleging that the library portion of CIPA was unconstitutional on its face. On May 31, 2002, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania agreed. The U.S government appealed that decision, and on June 23, 2003, the Supreme Court overturned the district court’s ruling. (The school portion of CIPA has not yet been challenged, so its constitutionality remains untested.)
Several states have tried to pass legislation that would protect children by reducing the amount of unsolicited e-mail, or spam, that comes their way.
Sexual Predator Laws
Federal laws have been enacted to protect children from people who lure or attempt to lure them into an offline meeting for the purpose of performing illegal sexual acts or coercing them to provide sexually explicit photos of themselves.
In April 2003, Congress passed a law that provides wiretapping authority for seven sexual offenses, including child pornography and the sexual exploitation of children. Part of a broader child-protection bill entitled the Protect Act of 2003, which also mandates the Amber Alert system for abducted children, this law expands federal law-enforcement agencies’ wiretapping authority to catch online predators before they strike. Year Of 06: Trolling Now a Federal Crime
A News.com article by Declan McCullagh (via Slashdot) points out that annoying someone online through an anonymous blog post, blog comment, message board thread, email, IMs, etc. is now a federal crime with a maximum sentence of two years in prison thanks to a new law President Bush signed last week.
It’s no joke. Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity.
In other words, it’s OK to flame someone on a mailing list or in a blog as long as you do it under your real name. Thank Congress for small favors, I guess.
This ridiculous prohibition, which would likely imperil much of Usenet, is buried in the so-called Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act. Criminal penalties include stiff fines and two years in prison.
“The use of the word ‘annoy’ is particularly problematic,” says Marv Johnson, legislative counsel for the American Civil Liberties Union. “What’s annoying to one person may not be annoying to someone else.”
U.S. blog trolls, blog comment trolls and message board trolls will need to start using their real name to annoy others if this new law is to be believed. It raises questions not only for blogs but for services like Craigslist, Match.com, Flickr or del.icio.us where some people are not using their real names when they initially post ads or share links. The link or photograph you shared was annoying — go to jail. One could go on and on with more examples of how absurd this is. Here is the exact wording of the new new federal law.
“Whoever…utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet… without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person…who receives the communications…shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”
There are already existing laws to cover issues like harassment, stalking and spam so it is difficult to imagine why a new law that uses a vague word like “annoy” is even necessary.

THE INTERNET IS FULL OF GOOD PEOPLE
Before talking to you about stalkers, I first want to tell you that the Internet is a good place. It is full of good people. Some of these good people even networking together to build a better world. Quite simply, some of the kindest people you will ever meet are on the Internet because here, those of us that are normally shy, feel more comfortable being ourselves. We open up and share things we would never have had the courage to share face to face. And that’s a good thing, and I hope it stays that way.
HACKERS ARE NOT STALKERS
Many people are under the “false” impression that the words hackers and online stalkers mean the same thing. This is a false impression put out by the media, servers and government officials. So people get confused by the terms stalker and hacker. The difference is easy to see. Stalkers are people who have an intention to harm an innocent (good person) victim. Hackers on the other hand are simply people with a high level of computer skills that enable them to do things that most of us can’t. While some hackers may be stalkers, I have actually found that most of the hackers on the Internet are actually good people trying to protect the innocent. They fight back against spammers, pedophiles, hate groups, corrupt government officials, etc. So remember, Stalkers are bad people. Hackers on the other hand can be good or bad and should not be labeled as stalkers. Why do I write this? Because lately I have been contacted by many hacker groups asking how they can help fight to protect the innocent, and while I decided not to become involved (I do things like this tutorial instead), I think that we as good people should not unfairly label people who cared enough to ask if they could help protect the innocent.
WOLVES IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING
Having thought about the Internet and the effects it would have for years before there even was an Internet, I realized that one of the key problems we would face would be wolves in sheep’s clothing. People, who were essentially bad, pretending to be good.
Having dealt with the victims of abusers and stalkers for years before even going online, I knew online stalking would be a real problem, and that it would take a real solution to stop it. What you are about to read, how to put stalkers in jail, is a real solution.
This is the first of many such tutorials. Future tutorials will be done as much as possible with help from law enforcement officials and attorney general’s offices across the country.
GOOD PEOPLE IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING
Online stalkers count on the fact that they can hide their identities (until now), or that they can do things in ways that can’t be traced to them (or so they think), and that they can essentially go after anyone they want, without fear of retribution, because the victims are like sheep that run and hide rather than fighting back.
What the stalkers didn’t know, is that while there are wolves in sheep’s clothing, that some of these sheep weren’t really sheep. That they were hunters. That these hunters have kept their identities secret, just as the wolves have. That quietly, one by one, they have been catching the wolves and putting them in cages (jail). That the hunters knew if they wanted to catch more wolves, they had to keep a low profile.
HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO THE INTERNET
I realized before the Internet ever came into being that stalkers (the less courageous ones), would flock to the Internet. That they would be looking for easy prey. That some of them would disguise themselves by using names designed to make you think they were good people. Innocent people. That they would change identities (names) frequently. Hide behind fake email accounts (Sheep’s clothing), and harass the innocent (sheep).
So, being a hunter, I tried to figure out how we hunt wolves (stalkers). The first step is to hide the identities of the hunters (until today none of you knew that I was an electronic warfare officer in the military or that I have been working with anti-pedophile groups to learn how to hunt stalkers online), the fact that the hunters were working together (Many of the stalkers are going to be surprised to find out that the sheep have been recording their chats logs, IM logs, emails, etc., and networking this information with others to be handed over to law enforcement). And that the hunters had designed a new super breed of sheep. These sheep have teeth and teeth like Piranha (Imagine the expression on the stalker’s face when they realize that every single one of their victims is reading this tutorial on how to put “them” in jail).
And being a hunter, and tipping my hand to the wolves today, I have to tell you that while I am going to give you a lot of good advice on how to hunt (put a stalker in jail), there are a lot of things I am not going to teach you because I realize there are a few wolves reading this. I want to educate you on how to catch a wolf, without teaching the wolves more tricks on how to mess with you.
WHY AM I WRITING THIS LIKE THIS?
Dealing with the issue of stalkers is very stressful for some people. As soon as the word stalker comes up, they get tense and afraid. And so their mind is so busy dealing with their fear, that they can’t concentrate on “HOW TO CATCH A WOLF.”
It is my hope, that by taking this approach, low key, that I reach those that need this advice the most. If you have felt like a sheep, or have a wolf hunting you, I want you to laugh and smile while we are installing your new teeth and teaching you how to take a bite out of crime.
HOW MANY WOLVES ARE THERE?
There are millions and millions of good people on the web and only a few wolves. However, good people rarely get talked about, while everyone in the village is going to talk about that one wolf. The gossip and rumors make it appear that there are a whole bunch of wolves when there are actually only a few.
By the way, please forgive me for calling you sheep. I only needed a word for this analogy and intended no offense. As a matter of fact, I kinda think I like the visual image (picture this) of a bunch of sheep having a meeting, telling jokes, using a chalk board to draw out plans just like a football team before the game, while they slip their new teeth in, all the time looking forward with anticipation to the time when the wolf (who thinks he’s outsmarted them) tires to mosey down onto the field and blend in. I can see the sheep trying so hard not to start giggling as the wolf sneaks up on them.
I love thinking of it in terms like that. The stalker wants you to see the world one way. I want you to see it in another. The stalker wants you to run with fear, so he can attack your back side. Me, I want you and all your friends to plan this as though it was a game. A game where you never ever let the wolf know that you are a hunter, until it’s too late for them. Until it’s time to put the wolf in a cage.
So thinking of this as though it were a game, you are able to plan things, plan it with strategies, to at first try to think like a sheep (the traditional run, hide and hope the wolf gives up), think like the wolf (chasing sheep is fun, where can I find more) and then think like a hunter (where will the wolves be, and how do I get them in the cage).
Think of your strategies as though you planning moves in a game, but keep in mind that the consequences of the game can be very real. Be safe!
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
ONLINE STALKERS AND STALKERS OFFLINE
While to make this less stressful, I have written it in story form, almost as a game, I want to make one thing clear – STALKERS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS! And there is no difference between online stalkers and offline stalkers. They are people who thrive on hurting and abusing others. They are disgusting slime that deserve to spend their lives in jail. My guess is that most of the online stalkers are people who do not have the courage to do this in real life and face to face. They gain their courage by the fact they can use the anonymity of the web. They are like bullies, except they do not have the courage to stand up and fight. And so, most of them, despite that they can pretend to be intimidating, are nothing but chickens hiding behind their computer screens.
